Undivided - The Encounter of You

Sunday, June 28th, 10 am - 1 pm

This opening session of the series invites you to journey to encounter your future self. Through a guided journey through the doorway of your heart, you will meet yourself. We'll have a short sacred stretch and slip into a sound experience with Cosmic Weaving for expanded awareness. This session will close with journaling and sharing. 

Integrated - The Cohesion of You

Sunday July 19th, 10 am - 1pm

The second session in the series is continuing the practice of future self meditation along with a supple movement protocol to connect the mind and body in the here and now. We'll expand awareness through Sound and Cosmic Weaving and we’ll seal this gathering with journaling and sharing. 

Centered - The Collapsing of You

Sunday August 16th, 10 am - 1 pm

The third session in the series we'll journey to meet our future selves and we'll inquire about what most needs healing, releasing and reorientation in our systems. We'll be led by Stephanie through the TRE experience and we'll soften into a sound experience where we are held. We’ll finish with journaling and shared silence. 

Crystalized - The Community of You

Sunday September 13th, 10 am - 1 pm

The final session in the series continues the practice of future self journeying along with a supple movement protocol to connect the mind and body in the here and now. We'll expand awareness through Sound and Cosmic Weaving and we’ll seal this gathering with journaling and sharing.
